We celebrate 25 years of high speed in Spain, because you choose us from adif_videos_es on Vimeo.
Till the first high speed line Madrid-Sevilla was put on service, we have built one of the most advanced transport systems in Europe and the world.



Although we can celebrate a lot of what has been achieved in this 25 years, the most important thing is the trust that its users and the whole society have placed in this type of transportation.



This way, we have to celebrate that many travelers choose us every day, and they will keep on choosing us in the future due to the new high speed lines that continue developing in our country.

The construction of a safe, modern integrated railway network is one of the EU’s major priorities. Railways must become more competitive and offer high-quality, end-to-end services without being restricted by national borders.

The European Railway Agency was set up to help create this integrated railway area by reinforcing safety and interoperability.

The Agency also acts as the system authority for the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) project, which has been set up to create unique signalling standards throughout europe.
